What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (volunteer, contact, yard sign, endorsement, RSVP, or newsletter), we receive the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. We do not sell this information.

How we use it

Information you submit is used by the Godfrey for Berkeley County Council Committee to respond to you, coordinate volunteer activity, deliver yard signs, send campaign updates, and comply with applicable law. You can ask us to remove your information at any time by emailing godfreyforcountycouncil@gmail.com.

Donations

Donations are processed by ActBlue on ActBlue's own website and are subject to ActBlue's privacy policy. South Carolina campaign finance law requires the campaign to collect and report certain contributor information.

Forms and third-party services

Form submissions are delivered to the campaign via Web3Forms, an email delivery service. Embedded videos are served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. These services may set their own cookies subject to their own policies.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated.
